	COMPANY HISTORY FRESHWAY Distributors, Inc. was incorporated in 1994 to provide Kozy Shack Enterprises, Inc. with the refrigerated transportation services it needed to facilitate its rapidly accelerating growth. Consolidation services were then offered to other manufacturers and shippers who understood the advantage of delivering along with a national brand product. As our fleet grew to accommodate an increasing number of areas and delivery customers, so did our reputation for service and our attraction to customers.
